Stayed at the Metropol Hotel for one night in November as my flight back home got delayed for 20 hours. I stayed in the "Executive double or twin room". The check-in was easy and simple. The room was nice with modern interior. Staff was friendly and service was good. The location is very central, a ideal location for those who want to explore Warsaw. If I ever visit Warsaw again I would consider using this hotel again.

Stayed for 2 nights Checking in took forever. Once in room tv did not work Second room the wash basin was blocked. Noisy room with never ending traffic Pillows were a joke. The place looks tired. A depressing hotel best to avoid. For their rates you can find much better hotels

I keep it brief. Our three night stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations. Fantastic room, despite having a very good air condioning system one could also open the window which happens to be my preferance for airing rooms. Staff were exceedingly helpful and on informing them that I would have family guests coming to visit us during our stay they very kindly provided our visitors with a key to the lift - thank you for that. Breakfast was superb I simply cannot praise it highly enough. Suffice it to say that the two of us plan to stay at the same hotel, and hopefully in the same room, when we come to Warsaw in September 2024.

This hotel has been renovated since I first visited. It's only a 3 star but it's in a great location. It can be quite noisy, but just use ear plugs. Rooms are clean with new white walls. Aircon is a big bonus too. Breakfast is okay, beans were cold and I don't like runny scrambled eggs. They didn't do toast or bacon. But I still enjoyed breakfast.

We stayed 1 night at Metropol hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent- right in Central Warsaw. Bus and tram connections are within a few minutes of walking. Many restaurants are nearby. The reception is warm and smiling. Very cooperative. We had requested a late checkout at 2pm which they agreed without any fuss. The room and beds were small. But everything was clean and looked spanking new. The room had tea/ coffee maker and locker. The main issue is that there’s a lot of noise from the front road which the hotel faces caused by Buses, Trams and other traffic. We also had some disturbance due to late night arrival by some neighbors. We did not eat in the hotel’s restaurant. We would recommend to stay here for a short duration only.
